High paid work from home jobs

Hey guys, welcome to my blog today. I wanted to share with you some professions that you can learn online and professions that allow you to work online in the past four years. The online part of my income has started growing really, really fast, so I just wanted to share some ideas how you can do this to.

Back to San Francisco. Our minds may change. In this blog, I'm gonna talk about professions that you can either start doing right now or take it 2 3 week or maybe like two month course online and start working profession.

Number one translating what I found about translating, it's better to translate from English into your own language. So for example, if you're Spanish, you can translate from English into Spanish cause this is what's most in demand cause if you're a Spanish speaker, it wouldn't be the best idea to translate from Spanish into English without proper like really good education unless you're bilingual. But if you know good english, if you are upper intermediate and, with some help of the dictionary. You would be able to translate into Spanish. This is awesome. A great website to look for a different job postings is at work dot com and I went on at work and checked what are the jobs for Spanish speakers and you can find tasks that are work. 501000 dollars and imagine if you are from a poorer country poor compared to America, what you make online is actually a lot among translation translators selected profession.

Number 2. Task number 2 is to edit text again. This is coming from my own experience. If you're a native speaker, if you speak English and you wanna help other people like there are so many people studying English and using it everyday who are not native speakers and there are so many emails being written in English with so many mistakes. There are so many essays being written for American, British, Australian, Canadian universities. There is so many resumes being written in English and all of those people need help. This is why we started fluent express where a native speaker instantly corrects your attacks in english and if you're a native speaker or like super advanced, english language learner, you can go ahead and sign up the email will be here. This is Joe who manages for an express and he would be able to onboard you if you're qualified enough again, if you're an English native speaker. So many jobs that you can do online starting with teaching Chinese kids English, for example, because this is a. Huge market editing text and just helping foreigners with their English just the conversational practice English online activity.

Number 3. Software testing and this is something I found out about when I moved to Silicon Valley and the thing is with software testing, you only need like maybe three or four months to learn it. Some people take a year, but again. It depends on how good you are with the computer, but in order to start, learning q.a. testing. You just need to be good with computer know how to search internet, know how to create folders, you know, know how to use word and excel and people make so much money like this is a number one profession in Silicon Valley for those who don't have computer science education and want to do something with tech because the salaries are pretty high. And again, as I mentioned, you can learn it pretty fast. So for example, there is, this burden of computer school started by a fellow Russian. He started at 20 years ago, he actually moved to Silicon Valley in the nineties and. Realize this is something he could do and then he started doing it, started a school, they had more than 1000 students from all over the world and they have different programs like the online class only cost a thousand dollars and you learn everything about, software testing. They'll also help you with your resume and if you're here in Silicon Valley and want to do it offline, you pay 4500 dollars and you get the offline full time course and internship in a local company. So you get more experience and I checked on glass door and by the way. Glass door is one of the best resources to find how much people are earning and a QA engineer. Remote QA engineer. So you can work from home, makes sixty-three thousand dollars a year, which is again. Like if I were in Russia and I did this, 63000 dollars would be like a lot of money. I'm telling Q A. Profession.

Number 4 is a lending page designer. Ah there are so many small businesses out there and there are so many tools to create lending pages like wigs dot com instapage dot com, so you basically do not need to know how to code you just drag and drop things and i've done so many learning features for linguistic when i first did it. It took me like maybe two hours when I did the last time two weeks ago it took me 30 minutes cause I know everything. So once you master that skill, you can just do you know 10 landing pages a day and I checked out a website called fiber dot com. It started as a website where you could get any job done for 5 dollars. But now they've transformed their idea a little. So, the prices range from 5 dollars, you know, hundreds. And there are different postings of people who can create a lending page for you and the price ranges from 50 dollars to 100 dollars. So again, if you make like 5 lending pages per day. You can make 500 dollars. It depends on your skills students and how much you like it anything you need to have some of like taste for U X U I that design how everything looks like, then you just help people save their time and small businesses can concentrate on selling and you can help them create the website design. The next profession. The next skill copywriting. If you love texts, then listen carefully. Every business is now concentrated on creating content because content is skin content is how you find clients content is how you educate them. First, there is a huge demand for good texts for different websites in different languages like language or was translated into six languages.

So we need tax in all of them. There are instagram bloggers and instagram is this platform which started as a platform where you just post pictures and now is transforming to a platform where you post a picture and you have to give some content like you have to write a good text and give people some value. These taxes are not coming from nowhere. They not just, oh, here's the text. It's really a lot of effort. Like i'm not a writer and I would spend like maybe half an hour for instagram, both just for the tax and there is an additional photo part. So it takes a lot of time. I would not be able to write all of the articles for a website, so we. Constantly look for good copywriters and there are constantly thousands of companies out there looking for good copywriters and instagram bloggers like not every single blogger can write good text for kids copywriter. I had no education in video editing. Nothing. I just filmed a video with my iphone, took my iphone open the eye movie and try to crop it and you know try and do a video in my movie. It comes out so good. The the program is really the the soft is really easy of really easy to understand, really easy to work with and then you get magic. So ah there are so many people who are starting youtube blogs and professional video companies charge, oh my god, I just realized they charge like 15000 dollars per video. You don't have to do that, although if you're professional, you can totally go that way, but if you just want some freelance income and wanna help people edit some videos like beginner youtube bloggers 15 dollars an hour. 20 dollars an hour on average, it takes like 5 to 6 hours to edit a video again to go and upward com create. Your portfolio and, you know, another thing for everyone, doesn't matter which obviously you're looking at start with creating a portfolio on some of the websites and you can do some jobs for free, maybe you have clients, maybe you don't maybe you're just setting out.

Do some jobs for free, like for a review. So you can get a five star rating, maybe like 3 or four of them and then organic orders will start coming in some of the software video editing that i would advise i movie, then adobe premiere and Sony Vegas. This is what we youtubers use a lot. Editing don't move. The next photo editing, I just found this blogger millions of subscribers, Peter mckinnon. He teaches you how to edit photos so they can look really, really good. So all you need to start a photo editor, you can actually start with the easiest soft like that is free VS C O Lightroom is free for for the iphone. What else they use snapseed, all of the apps and again. There are so many instagram bloggers. There are so many companies that are starting instagram and if you would help them make it look more professional better with a better layout. Better coloring, they would hire you 100 percent. So again, you can start experimenting with your own instagram cause I guess instagram would be the platform where you would sell your services and I would advise you to make your instagram look good and then try to DM people on instagram and say, hey. This is how my profile looks like I see that you're trying to sell through instagram, but your photos are not really wow. Don't say that. Tell them you can improve their performance by 30 or 40 percent and you're willing to do it for free for a week. Again, you're doing this review and for your experience and then you will just start collecting money. Basically 30 percent of our employees of my team came from this kind of thing when they just reach out on social media. Helped me for free and I realize they're really good and I just hire them. So this is my advice for you on how to make the first steps I use the magic of photo editing software. If you realize that a photo editing. You love it video editing, you love it. Maybe blogging is something you would love to do and blogging is this thing that doesn't have a limit so on all of the other jobs that i'm mentioning here, yes. You are limited by your time, by your skills, etc with youtube, once you post a video, it can go viral and you can get millions of years. So there is no limit one of my friends. Yes, 700000 followers on his youtube channel and his videos and. Get over a million views every time he pulls some of his videos get like 50 million views. He does kids content and he makes 40000 dollars a month, lives a happy life. It pays a lot of taxes though, and. Yeah, enjoys his life in Florida and does really nothing like two videos a month.

He understands that this is not a job that he could maintain throughout his life. But this is a great source of income. He's in his thirties then enjoys life, make some savings, speaking of pimples. Let's release the bloggers. So if you have this urge to talk about something, don't postpone like the best time to start is now take out your phone and start recording post a couple videos. You don't have to start making income straight away. But you cannot start blogging just for the sake of making money because you're not going to love it. But if you love to talk, go ahead. Youtube is the best platform. You can also start instagram. It doesn't pay for the views, but again, you can sell stuff through instagram later or get paid ads. See your bladder, right. Another job that requires no education at all, just a basic knowledge of computer and. Research skills. Something that i've used a lot, called virtual assistant back in 2015 when we just came to Silicon Valley and decided to start fundraising, we needed a list of investors to invest in education. So, i went to an outdoor dot com, looked for a virtual assistance, found that girl in Thailand to charge. I don't remember. But it was like 5 dollars a per hour and she worked for 10 hours. I paid her 50 dollars. She came up with a list of 16 investors who are really happy and I also realized that if I hired somebody in California in California, the minimum wage per hour is 15 dollars, I would have paid a lot a lot more and this is why so many people in America outsource the task outsourcing. Oh. It's a brilliant idea because they pay less, but at the same time when you are in a country with lower income, you make so much money. Actually you make a lot more that you would have made. If you worked offline in a, you know, regular 9 0 6 job, by the way, for all of the jobs that i mentioned here, you don't have to put your job. You do your 96 or sorry, you do your 9 0 5. Come back home. Eat your dinner and dedicate a couple more hours to something that you're really passionate about, something that you love and something that might transform your life and create a whole new career for you assistance. Virtual okay. And the last but not the least.

Something really particular something that is not really widely spoken about. I picked this idea from Gary Viner chart, one of my favorite bloggers. You got your perspective. And I realized i've actually done it already. This is called like starting a small Ebay store. What he's just doing if you live in a country with garage sales, like america has a lot of garage sales, you go there people, sell their things like 1 or 2 dollars and they are worth a lot more. I'll tell you my story 2015, we moved to mountain View. We had 2000 dollars for everything. We had a one bedroom apartment, three people and I had to buy all the furniture like everything for apartment for 2000 dollars, so I went on a garage sale and people were selling like all the kitchen utensils for one or 2 dollars. I got a lot of them brought them home and then in six months we needed to move out and we went back to Russia, so i started selling all of that stuff and actually sold, then with a markup like 50 or hundred percent markup and this is what you can do. So Gary does the serious way he just goes on Saturday, buys a lot of stuff and then resells it on ebay. And he says. You can make like 501000 extra dollars a week, a honey garage sale sun, that was it for me guys. I hope you enjoy this content if this was useful for you and you think you're gonna apply some of the device in your real life, please, please. Leave a comment below if you've ever tried a freelance job and what what it was, cause maybe it will be a great idea for my next blog. So you're freelance. So waiting for your comments, and again, all you need to start is your computer ah maybe your phone sometime 1 or two hours and most important desire to make more money to live a better life and to do more cool stuff. So you have everything now. Go ahead and start working. I'll see in the next logs. Bye.

Content you should add in your website for top ranking on Google

Hello. This is a blog about the basic content you'll need for a simple website when you first first get a website. Saw on this page, we've got the logo in the top left corner with it. Let your lord go your business name. A tag line underneath it. And so the first thing first thing people do, usually when they go to website. They look at the top left corner just to get an idea of am I in the right place.

Does this business do what I need doing. Underneath that, you want to summarize the service you offer are the products you sell. What is it that you do make it clear who your typical customer is and what areas you cover if you only serve people in Bradford, our leads are utterly. Yorkshire, whatever it is, make it up. Who your typical customer is and whereabouts there so they can think, aha, I need a plumber in Bradford and this is what this guy does, Sir. What comes next underneath, you could put some photos of em. If you sell products, you could put pictures of your products if you've got a team of service engineers or if you do coaching whatever you do. You could put some pictures of the people who would actually deal with the customers so you could put. This is clad and she does. Life coaching or social media coaching, whatever. So people think immediately they can look at anything and say. Ah so this this is the person that would come and actually deal with my business. Testimonials testimonials are always useful and you could book a couple of testimonials on your home page just so that people get some idea that. Other people have dealt with your business and they were happy with the results they got. So if you offered a menu pricing structure, not everybody does, but if you do. You could put on your home page, you're from page just a basic. Idea of,

What package deals you offer and how much the cost and what you get for your money so that people can tell straight away this looked like it might be why i'm looking for obviously, if you don't sell anything less than 5000 pounds and they're looking for a 500 pound service or a 100 pounds service. The concealed straight aware. The care for the art that is too cheap for what they're looking for, whatever. And then make sure they know what to do next. Tell them if you want them to contact, you, say contact us and make sure that this they know they can you know tell them how to contact you. You might tell them to join your email list or download your free brochure, whatever it is, but wherever you want them to do next to tell them what to do. So. This is what we're looking at. This is what we trying to do. You need to convince your customers that you'll solve their problem easily with the minimum fuss and applies they can afford. But there's a lot of questions going through your customers' minds. Things like is this website useful to me because they've come from Google when the first land on your website, there's no idea who you are, what you do or anything or even whatever you're in. You could be in Zanzibar or Honolulu. It's that's the way the internet works. So once you decided that ye they're in the right place. You are a plumber in lead or whatever.

The thinking, can they do the job. Are you trustworthy, reliable. If they give you the money. Will you produce the goods. The ones in our deal work with people like me. Do you want to do industrial roofing or dear dew. You'd work for hormone as and landlords or whatever and do they like the people behind the business your website wants to make you look like a person will be easy to work with and and pleasant to work with. You want you want your customer to think i'd like working with this person. So some more things you need to explain who would you work with. What is it like to work with you, what happens when when they fall in your bar, whatever, just given the brief guide here when you when you contact us, we'll go through this Procedure. You know will start with this and then move on to that whatever whatever your normal workflow is, tell them. So they know what to expect. What service our products do you offer. You need to tell them what what you are selling. Case to these testimonials before and after photos are useful. You need an about us page and a contact us page. You ought to contact us, but at least some contact those details. You don't have to have to have a contact us page. But you need to contact details there there. So unique selling point. A unique selling point is something that you offer that your competitors don't. So if there's anything that you can do that other people don't do make sure that your customers know that.

And it's got to be important to your customers. The notebook I mean a unique selling point that nobody cares about. It's got to be something that you. And it's got to be difficult for your competitors to compete with our 2 to sort of copy. So if there's anything that you can do that other people don't do or won't do whatever, make sure your customers know. I do listen, you'll find out to find somebody else that does it. And it's got to be easy and quick to explain it. You don't want a unique selling point that takes you half an hour to explain what it is because your customers will stick around to find out. Some famous ones are the fedex shipping and then when it absolutely positively has to be there overnight. So it's not just shipping, it's guaranteed overnight shipping. There's a film called finger and it helps college students find jobs to help everybody else college students. So that's their unique selling point that they just help college students find jobs. Head and shoulders shampoo. That that's all the unique selling point is you get rid of dandruff. So I don't have to give you a guarantee. So in a nutshell, what you're looking for. Be concise and dorm waffle get to the point quick because the customers don't have all day and i'll just go somewhere else if it takes too long. He was headlines and sober sober headlines to make it easier for your customers to find a bit of information they need.

Just have one big idea per paragraph. You don't want to put too much information all in one chunk you want to write right in bite size chunks so that it's easy for them to understand what's going off if there's too much in a single paragraph, get confused. And your visitors you cite visitors want their information quickly and easy as easily as possible. So you don't you don't want that. There's a famous book called don't make me think and it's good and it's good advice. Don't make your customers think. Because the the more thinking they have to do, the less likely is that they're going to become customers. They'll just go elsewhere. Well, thanks for reading. I do hope I do hope you found that useful.

Get top rank of your website without keywords

Hey, there, This is Alex and welcome to my blog today. I want to offer you a free search engine optimization keyword finder tool that's a mouthful, but let's go over what search engine optimization is first SEO. What is that, why do we need it, why do we need to understand it. And I I personally as I research it more and more and more I learn about it. It's the people that have a really good understanding of what seo is and how to use it are the people that are usually more successful in the getting the traffic that is free. You have two different kinds of traffic and i've talked about that in other blogs, there's paid traffic. You pay for with money and then there's free traffic, which isn't really free because you're paying for it with your time but money or time, which one do you have and how do you want to find your traffic, so i'm gonna show you how to find the free traffic or the traffic that you spend with your time and not with your money and that's what search engine optimization is basically if you go online. And you go to search for something you're using the whole process.

You might go in and search for. How do i lose 10 pounds or something like that. And when you type it in the the articles that pop up or the videos that pop up are the ones that have keywords, they kind of have a more in depth knowledge and they're picking keywords that help them to rank on that first page because if you're anything like i am. There could be 30000 pages in that search that comes up. I don't know anybody that goes to page 25 to find something. Now, maybe you do. Maybe you've been in marketing and you're like, hey, i'm gonna go find out what other people have because I know these people on the front page are using their search engine optimization skills pretty good idea. But the average person stays on that first page and they're going to find the answer to the question. So your goal as a marketer is to get on that first page if you can. So i'm going to offer a free tool to you today that especially if you're new and you've never done it, you don't wanna put any money out. There's all kinds of tools out there that you could pay monthly fees for again. A lot of us don't want to put money out in the beginning. So i've got a free tool for you today, so let's go ahead and get started. We're gonna go through the process. Okay, we're gonna go into Google and we're gonna Google. Let's see what i have click funnels, what is click funnels. I use that at first, just so we could see what comes up and as you can see blogs.

So if you are trying to. End up on this first page and rank high. You're actually competing with Brussels Bronson, who owns click funnels and it's probably extremely competitive. Spencer, meet me. Come mecca has gotten his face in here is number 3, but everything else almost the majority of these are from the. So what you would have to do is go in and find other keywords. So you might start talking about sales funnels or something like that. Let's look up what is a sales funnel and see what pops up. Ok in our search. So let's go. Here. And let's just see what happens, how different it might become. All right. So that's everything you always want to hit if you're looking for something to put on your video, you wanna go under videos if you're looking for a video, then you might want to stay on the all page. But I will say a lot of the videos that come up are also blogs. If you look right here where this one says youtube Dot com, I know that this is a video, but see Brussels right there. What is a sales funnel, the second one here is a blog because it doesn't say youtube. Little tip there if you are really big about posting blogs on your website, you're trying to get traffic. Put an embedded video on there and it's gonna also pop up on the video page. So it's just another way to get more traffic, but here's one here. From if you notice, more people are on this page besides Russell. So i think Russell only landed here once, which is pretty good. So if you want to make a video about click funnels. You might not use the word click funnels in your title because what's gonna happen is it's highly competitive and you're gonna get pushed way way back.

So instead you want to maybe just say what is a sales funnel or say something about that? Now. How can I even go in more in depth, I usually start out with that, just asking questions. Like what what would people who are wanting to look at my channel, what are questions that they might ask, sometimes I use real questions that people send to me and sometimes I just think to myself, what would I. So here's the free tool that I want to show to you. So we're going to say what is a sales funnel and we're gonna go to it's called uber suggest dot com. It's free. I'll put the link below Neil Patel. This is him right here, created this site and he offers it for free. There's his name a great person follow on youtube. By the way, if you're really into blogging SEO and things like that, he's he's been around for a while, so definitely follow him. If that's if you wanna dig in a little bit deeper. But this one says click funnels and as you can see. It, the difficulty levels 36, the search engine optimization difficulties 56, the higher that number is the more difficult, but let's go ahead and type in what is a A sales funnel. Because remember, we already decided click funnels would be too hard to to compete with. Look at this just by changing that word, the SEO difficulty goes all the way down down to 10 and it's easy. So if you're writing a blog or if you're making a video and you want people to search and find you use the word sales funnel instead of click funnels and you might say, yeah but I use click funnels and I won't want to tell people about it. Well, you could have a title that says, what is the best sales funnel and people gonna go, yeah, what is that best sales funnel and then you can go on to explain click funnels inside your article, but your keyword search that main search is gonna be what is a sales funnel.

Does that make sense, so you're still getting your information in there, but you're looking at the the difficulty levels. All right, what are some other things we can do here in urban uber suggest if you go down, it says keyword ideas. So we started out what is a sales funnel. Now the system is going to tell us what are some more keywords that we can use in our description in our blog or in our SEO part tags in our video and here are some other what is this. What is the sales funnel. And you can just go down here on the side and you can get other ideas. These are other questions or keyword ideas that you can get and you can look at all of the.

Analytics that comes with it. CPC means click. Pa. Cost per click. I'm sorry. So the lower this number is the better it is for you, the less competitive if that click is really high again, remember you're competing with the big dogs you're competing with click funnels and you don't wanna do that. You want that to be low. So this says here what is the sales funnel or how do you create a sales funnel. Okay, that would be another way to do it. We can also go down here. And get content ideas. So if you're still thinking, okay, I want to talk about sales funnels and insert click funnels is in there. What are some content ideas that I can use, and again. What is what the heck is a blog sales funnel. Okay, 4 phases to sales funnel. So these are all different articles or content ideas that you can use and these are actual ones that are out there. Now he gets into back links for bloggers. So this is definitely a good place to find out about back links and how many are with these articles. This person here is on facebook a lot. Notice that and they're pretty successful down here the one right below it is on Pinterest a lot, so don't I don't want you to look at those and think I have to be on Facebook or I have to be on Pinterest. There are people who are successful on every single platform. The key for you is is. What platform do you enjoy using? If you love instagram? Like you're on the go a lot and you're one of those people that, you know, you're always on your phone and instagram. You just love it, then build your business on instagram if you love to make videos, build your business on youtube, I think that's what's important because there are successful people on every single platform. Linkedin.

I've seen people be very, very successful there. So yes, this is important information, but you you need to be on the platform. The social media platform that best fits you. Let's do another one. Here's. How do I organize my social media. Ok, there's just a general question. Now again, i'm not looking for a blog. So let's use that and here you go. There's this is what i wanna do when i'm trying to rank. I wanna rank on this front page. Now here's one. Let's see she's ranking 1 2, 3, 4. Here's somebody i love on youtube. The she's got a video ranking number for her name name is sunny and she talks about a lot about, creating a business with youtube and. In this particular blog, i talked about social media marketing and how she's organized. She did this four years ago and it's still ranking. And if I was looking, the chances are I could click that it's the fourth one down and you know she may in her video be suggesting different tools. I'm sure she's suggesting a certain social media organization tool for me to use because she's probably gonna go through it. But my point is it's evergreen. It stayed here for four years and she's still getting views. We're gonna get rid of that commercial. Now i'm not gonna go into the video and watch it and everything, but I can assure you that sunny is recommending a certain social media organization tool for us to check out and it's an affiliate link for her. And again, she made this four years ago, but we. You can look at some of the keywords that you use. We can pop them into that uber suggest. Now I do have a bit I Q and 2 buddy that I pay for.

But I always start out free with uber suggest and then when I pull up videos, that's when I go a step further, you don't have to do that. Okay, I just happened that's Ramat right now with what I like to. 2 months from now, you might say. Well, why aren't using that anymore, but that's where i'm at right now, but uber suggests so I can put in here. Go back and let's put in. Let's go to the top here, ask a question. What is a social. Media. Manage. Mentor. Okay, let's. Or how do I organize my social media posts, you could write that okay, look at that hardly any competition when you get into social media management. Areas that everybody else isn't making videos with sunny actually calls it. But if you go in and start looking for things that have very little. Competition and you make videos in that area and your videos are gonna have to be more likely to be on that first page. Your your search engine optimization is gonna push you and help you to rank first. So that's another little thing that you want to look at. But here we are and we can see not a lot of competition. So let's look at some keyword ideas. Now here you can go a step further.

You can pick your favorite social media management tool and type that word in and see how the competition is. There 26 keyword ideas, what is social media management, what is it? Website design for small business for free of cost

Yo, what's up. My fellow creatives. It's Alex here back for another blog. In today's blog about the 7 website design secrets and how I wanna showcase 7 websites that we've built that i'm really proud of. They're all in different categories. And if you hang with me till the end of this blog, i'm gonna share 7 mistakes as well that I see a lot of people make when it comes to their website. So the first thing I want to start with is just telling you we build stunning websites and I want to show off some of my favorite websites and what it would take for you to have a site like this or to sell one to your clients. So secret,

Number one is the look and feel one of the things that we do that really helps us when it comes to website design is clone. What we already know is working. This is something that Russell Brunson teaches a lot of people out there that are high level in the industry, talk about cloning what works. This isn't copying. This is cloning, so you clone something and then you make it your own. This is something that we do a lot. This is something that's really important and why we're able to create such a high high caliber website that actually. Converts and generates revenue because we're using something that already works a proven website that we're basing our website off of or multiple websites that we're basing the website off of that. We're going to build the second secret that I see a lot of people miss is not making it sexy and they overcomplicate it, make it sexy, but also make it simple. A website should not be complicated. It should not be cluttered. You don't want to overdo it with information and just vomit all over the web page. This is a really big deal. Keep it simple and keep it sexy.

Number 3 is to never i'm gonna say never, ever, ever skimp on the photography. I see people do this so much and I just don't understand why they're going to stock websites and downloading generic photos. This just puts you in the same box and makes you blend in with everybody else and you don't want to blend in with everybody else. So make sure you take the extra step and hire a photographer, find a photographer. Or find a website that has stock photography. That doesn't look like stock photography.

Number 4, as I see so many people building websites that loads so slow because they filled with chat plugins and features and sliders and images and videos on their homepage that is going to cost you a lot of money if your website takes more than 2 to 3 seconds to load, you are going to lose up to 80 percent of your traffic that you worked so hard to get. So make sure that your website loads quickly the fifth website design secret that we use is writing captivating copy. Now what does that even mean. Captivating copy is something that wants to be original that wants to stand out that has a tonality that has a brand that has a voice. You look at companies like lions, not cheap and some of the other ones out there, they're very distinct and they're very unique in the way that they speak to their customers. They speak to their audience. They're not just sounding like everybody else with lame jargon. I can't even tell you how many people i've had come to me and say. Can you just take the copy from that website and use it on mine? I said the copy on that website. You really wanted to take that will take that and make it better. No, we need to find your own authentic, unique voice that's gonna make you stand out and building emotional connection to the person that's visiting that website. Alright. So,

Number 6, the six secret is do your on page SEO correctly. Please listen to me on this. This is a huge mistake that so many people are making and this is killing your traffic. It's killing it. So on page SEO includes the title of your website not being over 70 characters includes the h ones. The H twos, the way your contents written, like I said. With the captivating copy, there's a lot that goes into your on page SEO linking from your home page to other pages having your site map, there's all kinds of on page stuff that you really need to incorporate and make sure you don't cut corners on this and this is where I see almost all the people that come to me. This is where it's been poorly done and this is why they're not seeing the results from their website because they're on page SEO doesn't even allow them to rank for the keywords that are even being searched for their. So this is something I really want you to take to heart, do not shortcut this. This is one of the most important pieces of your website because people can't find it. There's who cares if you have three people a month visiting your website. So this is something I really want to leave you guys with and then

Number 7, the seventh secret for website design and good website designer. Even great website design is the user experience. User experience is so essential. I have spent thousands of hours developing on how a good website should look and what the experience is going to be. That's best for your customer. That is the key here. It's not about you and what you like. It's about what your customer like. So running heat mapping tools scroll maps, click maps, all these different things. There's crazy eggs. There's a bunch of different software out there that you can use to be able to see how people are interacting with your website is going to be really. Really important. So i'm curious, have you tried to build a website yourself and you're just not getting the results or a stunning website that you really want visually or practically, maybe it's just not performing. You're not getting leads, but you have a website. It's just not doing what you want. About building your website for you or even for your clients. We can do a white label, so your client just thinks it's you, which is really important because you want to represent yourself and your brand in your agency and not mine and I get that. So this is something I want you to take the heart if you need help with that reach out to me, there's a link in the description and I look forward to talking with you. Alright. So the second part of this, as I promised, is the top 7 websites that we've built and what category they're in the first website.

And this is one i'm very, very, fond of. I will use that word because i've literally recreated this brand from nothing and that's a company called next gen septics that's any X G E N septics dot com with this website is actually multifaceted. So there's a whole website side to this that is a directory. So you can actually view a directory, put inquiries in if you need a pumping if you need septic service, if you need installation, if you need repairs, if you need parts, I have this whole directory that we've built out with. I mean over 100 different contractors that were trying to build. Actively the second part part to this is the e commerce catalog of all the different products that next gen septics carries that the customers can buy. Now they can't buy it directly through the website for a bunch of different reasons. But this is important piece and then the third piece of this website, which makes it really unique is the lead gen aspect. We're generating a lot of leads to this website, a lot of traffic, millions of dollars of revenue.

Alright website. Number 2, I wanted to show off to you guys as M R E S C dot org. Now this is a different site. This is actually a different category completely and it's in the education space. We used to learn dash. We had a bunch of content that we put in there. We built a really beautiful site for an education company based in the midwest. If you need a website that's an education website, we're really good at those. We're doing more and more of those as time goes on. But I really love this website because it's clean. It's so. It's simple and it's easy to navigate and with the lms learning management system, it's really a website that's very functional and it's a very important asset to this business. Alright now website number 3, this is a cool one. Now this is a project that I literally created almost from scratch. So the guy came to me and he said, hey, we have a CBD product that helps women with their period, but we have no idea what we're going to call it. We have no idea for the name. We need your help. So I came up with the name. I developed the brand, developed the website and this website and this brand. I'm really excited about this is something we help them literally come up with from 0 and that's called grace period. The website is grace period dot net and it is A E commerce website so you can go there right now. Click on the website grace period dot net and actually buy one of those products for your wife, for your girlfriend, for your significant other, for your mom, for your sister. Whoever and this is a really good product, but it also comes with a really beautiful website.

The logo is brilliant. The colors of it is brilliant the way the site is. Navigated the amount of information that we put on there. It's authoritative. It's got a unique message, so I really am proud of this website. This is one of our best e commerce websites that we've done so far. That's why I wanted to tell you about grace period and just kind of show that one off. Alright website number 4 is go elevated comfort dot com. Now this is strictly a lead gen website. Now there is some information on this website, but the goal and the focus of this website is to generate leads and we generate a ton of leads. Whether it be from Google maps, Google. Local google s.e.o. advertisements that we're running on facebook and google. We're getting a lot of traffic, this website and the whole focus and primary objective is to actually get leads. That is our main priority. Alright. Now our next website is really neat because it has a lot of social impact element to it. A lot of these do, but this one primarily has to do with safety. This is a safety website with a little bit of a mix of educational, but it's we tip dot com. Now we tip dot com is a safety site. That has a lot of different features of filing anonymous reports. The design is just absolutely stunning and beautiful. The way that the hero shot is all the different elements of that. It's a really gorgeous website. I'm super proud of my team and what they were able to accomplish with this. We've got landing pages and pop up video and so many great things, but the content is compelling. The look and feel is is nice. The user experience, the navigation, the navigation on all these websites is simple. We're going to talk a little bit more about that here in just a minute.

But I really wanted to show off. We tipped com and just show you the high caliber website that we were able to build for a national brand that does a lot of good saving school shootings, suicides really really horrible things for anonymous reporting that had been able to be stopped because of this company. We tip dot com, so i'm really proud of this one. This is what I wanted to show off and just show you the brilliance and beauty of a simple safety web. All right, legacy builders wealth is number 6, that's legacy builders wealth dot com. This is strictly an informational website. It's got a trailer to a movie that they're a part of. It's got a lot of really good content, beautiful photography. I mean the photography of this website is just absolutely gorgeous. This is a really nice website that i'm super proud of because just the colors. The look and feel the user experience, as you can see on this page, it was masterfully designed. This is probably one of my favorite websites I think we've ever done period just because of the layout in the U X of this in the UI, the navigation is simple. Everything about this website is just a masterpiece and i'm really proud of this one. We've actually got a lot of leads from other people that have seen this website. And so if you want a website for your financial planning business or if you have a website that you think would look good with this similar style, maybe with your own spend your own content, your own colors and your own branding, I would love to do that because this is a website that has performed extremely well. It lays out all the information and really tells a compelling story. Which is part of that captivating content and number 7 on the list of my favorite websites is a new one that we just launched and that's anchor R E dot co anchor R D dot co is a real estate website. So we incorporated an idea so people can search listings, look at different houses, look at featured properties and we're incorporating blogs into that website because of all the blogs that we're making for these guys.

This is a brand that we completely rebranded before it used to be called molar piercer group. Now it's anchor real estate group and it is an amazing brand. We were able to really convey their messaging, their strategies. We have really good copy our copywriter Shelly shout out to Shelly did an amazing job and she's done an amazing job on all these websites, but writing really good copy makes a big difference and then some of those extra little bells and whistles like the map on that website where you can click on the different areas that they service. That was another nice touch that we got as an inspiration from another site that we know was performing really, really well. So that leads me to my first. What site did you like the most. I gave you 7 websites and i'm curious which one which one was your favorite for me personally, I think we tip dot com is personally my favorite out of all of them just cause it's so clean and simple and easy to navigate and we've put so much time and effort into that one. Alright, now the last piece of this is the seven common mistakes that we see our competitors make. So i'm gonna go through these pretty quick if you have a notebook or something to write this down. I would definitely do it and I kind of talked about some of these lightly. But I want to make sure that you understand that these are not just secrets. But there are also common mistakes and that's the poor on page SEO long titles. Long descriptions, no image tags, not doing the right things, not putting exit data in your images. There's a lot of mistakes there and so doing bad on page SEO is a mistake that will cost you your clients and just everybody in general a lot of money. I just don't want to see you make that same mistake. Alright, the second mistake is slow load speeds. I talked about this before, but if your site is loading slow. That is a major problem. You're gonna lose a majority of your traffic. Make sure you use cloudflare ah make sure you use really good hosting. I'm not a big fan of go daddy hosting. There's a lot of better resources out there. We offer some really, really fast hosting.

I just want to make sure that you prioritize and don't just fill your site with a bunch of plugins and a bunch of apps and a bunch of things that are going to slow it down, make sure your website loads quickly and you can do that by using Google's page speed insights. It'll help you understand what's going on and you can also use a website called GT metrics to see exactly where your site is being slowed down at all. Right, the third mistake is clutter design. I see people just vomit all over the website. They just put a crap ton of information on there that doesn't matter, the customer doesn't care about just to try to get as much content for the SEO and then they don't even optimize it the right way. So don't clutter it up, keep it simple. Think about the end user. Don't just think about the search engines. But think about the end user and the person that's sitting on the other side of that computer or phone. Let's looking to try to solve a problem, go into it with the problem in mind, so don't have a cluttered website. This is a really big deal that you need to focus on and make sure it's clean and simple. Alright, the fourth mistake I see people make. I didn't talk about this at all. But I want to talk about it now is too many calls. Oh, man, I went to a website the other day that literally had. Phone number two phone numbers of the top 2 social media links or 3 social media links about 25 navigation menu items had a A click button in their in their slider, multiple click buttons. I mean, there was just stuff everywhere if you give people too many choices, they won't make one. The fifth mistake is your website copy is weak whether it's your portfolio website, whether it's your client's portfolio website, you have generic copy. Maybe it was put in a content spinner. It's just not original.

There's a lot of ways you can avoid that there's a lot of checkers and copyright checks. There's one called advanced marketing institute and they have a headline checker that you can run it through, which is really neat. I would Google that. But this is something you need to make sure that the headlines of your different paragraphs on your website are strong that they have a good score and that your copy on the website is not weak. It's not generic and it's not unoriginal. Make sure your content is original that it's unique and it has a tone of voice that it speaks true to who you are cause you are the brand making it generic and trying to make yourself big sound bigger than you are is not a good strategy. It's gonna bite you in the tail. At the end. All right, number 6 is there's no irresistible offer. Why is there no irresistible offer? Why are people not doing this, people are just putting out here, call us free consultation. Those are not irresistible offers come up with something like a lead magnet that actually gives them value, whether it's a download ebook. A trial, something is irresistible where maybe you even sell something. But you're selling it for so cheap. All you're doing is covering the acquisition cost to have gotten that person to your website. So this is something I want to make sure that you understand that's also really important. And number 7, the 7th mistake I see is the generic stock photos. Oh my gosh, don't even get me started. I talked about this before. People do such a terrible job with their stock photos, spend the money on a photographer. You should be incorporating that into your price and if you're not, you're short changing yourself. You're short changing your customer and or your client and you're not really giving the opportunity to spread work to other people. So this is a big deal that I want you to take into consideration as well. And those are the mistakes. Now, if you need help, if you want to have a site like any of the ones that I showed you, if you're running into these common mistakes and you just don't have a website that's stunning or your clients don't have a website that's stunning. We can set up a time for you and I to chat together and I will have an awesome time and you will have an awesome time getting to know each other hearing what your mission, your vision and those roadblocks are, and we'll get you to that next level. Thank you guys so much for reading.

Mostly Job interview questions and answers

Hi people. Welcome to yet another interesting blog on Alex Blogs. Now in this blog, i'm going to look at how you can improve your communication skills and confidently face the interview that is lined up somewhere next week. I'm pretty sure that all of you must be worried when you have to face any interview, be it a job interview or be it an interview for PhD entrance.

You all have goosebumps when you even think about the interview set up, but i'm telling you that by the end of this blog, you will have a completely new outlook towards interview. It is very important for you to be very confident on the day of the interview, your overall impression. That you have on the people who are invigilating, you is going to take you towards the final selection list. You need to be all positive, open. Thoughtful, concise and professional when you are answering the questions in this blog, i'm going to take up a few questions which most of the time you have been asked on the interview. Be it a PhD in entrance interview or a job interview for the post of assistant professor, but then there are a lot of other interview questions that might you might find yourself stuck in. So at the end of the blog.

I'm going to give you a bonus tip which will help you to address all the questions which you don't know the answers of. So if you already will start right away most of the time the interview begins with a question. Tell us something about yourself. Now this seems to be a very easy question, but this. Is sometimes the most important and the most negatively answered question most of the time the students begin by taking out their name and then giving a lot of family background information. Educational information, their interest, hobbies, everything. They try to just speak in front of the people the interview panel now what you need to understand here is that they're not looking forward for something that they can read in your CV and get an idea of this is an opportunity for you to make these people interested in you. So this is an opportunity where you can supply them some valuable and interesting information about yourself. This is the opportunity where you can tell about your enthusiasm and passion in the subject that you are in. For example, if i'm going forward for the job interview and they ask me. Oh. Tell us something about yourself.

I would rather say that my name is Lisa and I have always been interested in literature and language since childhood. I have been a good debater and I have also represented my school as a head girl and also as the literary president of the club. Now it it is important for you to give all those important achievements that will help people to evaluate certain hidden traits of your personality also at the same time, you should also convey how passionate and enthusiastic you are about this particular job position. So I would rather continue my answer by saying that I always love languages and that is the reason why I took up teaching as a career so you can see how confidently I can answer this question and make people interested in me and shortlisted me. Another amazing kind of question that you might find coming up on your next interview is what are your strength now, this is a question that they generally ask in order to see yourself image so they would like to see how confident you are about your own capabilities. There are people who might give a one liner in such a situation saying that i'm a very friendly person.

I'm hardworking or they might say that i'm an extrovert. Now this shows that you don't have enough confidence on your abilities, neither you know how to market yourself a person who doesn't have confidence on himself will never make it to the top level and a person would never be seen as a potential asset for an organization. So it is this moment that you have to practice a perfect answer. And in order to do that, you need to make sure that you tell your strength in a manner that it should not even give an idea that you're a very self centered person you should tell about yourself in a manner that you can justify it with previous life examples. For example, i would rather say, when a question is asked like this, that i'm a person who loves to take leadership roles, i always love working in teams and directing my team towards my goal in my previous organization or maybe during my school days i have taken up leadership role several times and it was always fun working with people at the same time. I'm very hardworking and dedicated. I make sure that whatever i have been given, i do it to the best of my capabilities. I value the importance of time and also. Believe in the idea that good communication can lead to better relationships and also can lead to lesser conflicts. So you know how I have tried to talk about my strength in a manner that it doesn't make me look like a self centered person.

I have also given those of my individuality, my ideologies so that people can understand what. Makes me so passionate and confident about this particular position. Next interesting question that you might find coming up your way is what are your weaknesses now, we all have our share of weaknesses. I might find myself a lazy person sometimes or maybe I find myself introvert at other times some people get angry too soon or they are very impatient now you don't need to talk about these weaknesses. It, Question that ask you to talk about your weakness and then cover it up with a strength of yours. So I might say that i'm too detail oriented at times I am trying my level best to make things perfect and it is because of this habit of mine. I sometimes find that I am losing out on time. So what i've done, I have given a weakness that sometimes I really have a hard way managing time. But at the same time i have told them a very good thing about me that i'm a perfectionist by nature, so you have to highlight your strength while you are answering this question, you should not be very brutal, by saying that i'm a very impatient and lazy person also at the same time it's never a good idea to say that i don't have any weakness because we all are humans and we have.

Our own share of weaknesses, so accept it but presented in a sugar coated form. Presented in a manner that they might be surprised to find one of the weakness as your biggest strength. Another interesting question you might find yourself being asked if you go for a p.s.d. entrance interview or even if you go for a job interview for the post of assistant professor and the question would be why this particular university or why this particular college now it is important for you to note here is that you have to give them enough reasons to believe that why you have made this decision to choose this. Particular university over others, you might say that I really admire this university and I would love to have the opportunity to work here. The academic environment is what really appeals to me and i'm not here to have fun. I'm here to study resorts and explore. So when you see things like that. It shows how much passionate you are to work here or to study. At the same time, make sure that you quote the names of you good professors who are reputed in your department and you might say that I am really looking forward to work with them or i'm really looking forward to study under them.

So this shows that you have done your own research and then have selected this particular university. Another interesting question that they might ask you is that where do you see yourself in next five years now this is a typical job interview question and you might be wondering that why do they even need to know whether I am in next five years where I would see myself in next five years, even I don't know that about myself. That is what is they want to hire people who are determined and who have their end goals in their mind. So make sure that you avoid all the general answers. Like I want to make my family proud. I want to have a good job or maybe I want to become. CEO of a particular company, or maybe you can say I have no idea about it. These kind of answers are a big no, make sure that you tell them the small baby steps that you might take. So you might tell them what exactly you would like to do next after you get this job. So maybe you can say that I would like to enhance myself in the skills and then become a professor in that particular institute. Maybe that can be a specific answer. So if you are in, some small town, you might say that i see myself being an assistant professor in christ University or maybe teaching somewhere in saviour's college, Mumbai. So when you are more specific, they can actually see that you're determined enough and you have your end goals clear. The same question can be asked if you are doing research on them. So you might tell them your further research goals that reminds me that if you are sitting for a p.s.d. entrance interview, they might ask you a lot of questions from your research proposal.

Why have you chosen this topic? And they might also dig deeper into research proposal and then ask questions from that. So make sure that you have gone through your research proposal thoroughly and you are super confident about what you have written. You should not copy paste it from somewhere. You should actually sit down, make an effort and write it to yourself and you should also do background research. Now another interesting question that they would definitely ask you if you're sitting for p.s.d. entrance interview. Is that why you have chosen this research topic now by asking this question, they want to know what motivated you and how passionate you are for this research. Rather than saying that. It just came in my mind or maybe one of my friends suggested this to me, it's better if you give them an answer that shows how. How important this topic is for you. So you might say that from the childhood itself, I was extremely interested in mythology. I've been reading books of writers like a ministry party, David Pattaya, mahabharat ramayan and all these mythological characters have been a part of my life when I chose to do my P H D I could not think of any other topic. But anything related to my ethology and then I went through a few research papers and find out that there was a research gap nobody has ever researched on this particular writer or maybe this particular work of this writer and then it became very clear for me that this is what I would like to see myself working on in the next three years. So if you can form a story and then tell them that would look more genuine, that would also make you look a person who. He has to do that research and you would do it with sincerity with dedication and you would definitely add something new to the body of knowledge.

So these kind of research scholars, every university would look forward to get into their university. So make sure that you found a good story, a good background and prepare this answer beforehand so that on the day of the interview, you can tell it in a flow now that we have come to the end of the blog as promised, i'm going to give you a bonus tip a tip on how to answer questions which you have absolutely no idea of so there would be times in every interview that they would ask you something which. Is absolutely new to you or something unexpected. They might ask you a question that you have no idea about and most of the time either I have seen candidates getting nervous and not saying anything. Or maybe they directly try to fake it. They try to you know, showcase that they already know this topic in both the case, they have a very bad impression on the interview panelists. So it is important for you to remember that never fake it and never get nervous. Be very, very short about what you know and what you don't know and they would appreciate the fact. But then there's a way to say it. Suppose you don't answer of a question. You can say that i'm not really sure about it, but here is my best guess and then you can say whatever you think can be the possible answer for that question or else you can either say that I have made a note of it and I would definitely look a research on it and look into the case or else you can see that this is not my area of expertise. But thank you so much for bringing this up. I would definitely. Brush up upon the fact and will get back to you. So by saying these things, you showcase that you are very confident. About your own capabilities and yet at the same time you are looking forward to know new things every. Institution would like to take up people who are very.

Enthusiastic about something they don't know they would not take it as something which will damage their self image or which will damage their confidence they would rather appreciate ah. That they have an opportunity to learn something new, so make sure that you show that positive outlook towards life and you always confidently approach such situations. So that brings me to the end of this blog. I hope that by talking about these questions, I was able to ease that pressure down and I was able to give you more clarity about how to approach these kind of questions. I wish you all the best for the next interview that you are going to face. That's it for this blog lecture. Till the time we meet next happy learning. Keep loving literature.

Work from home, social media jobs

So in  this blog is how I plan to make money. This is such a weird topic for me to talk about because I feel like money is so taboo for those who don't know. By making content and that whole journey was a lot of spreadsheets, financial planning and I wanted to share exactly how I did that and how I still use those strategies today in my business. I'll also go over how I got out of financial problems. I owed the IRS 10000 dollars and 2018. I didn't know how to pay them because I just didn't matter if my money crackling, so I. Brooklyn in the end, it's not fine. I'll talk about how I learned how to pay back loans. How to properly just finance your life as an aspiring entrepreneur.

I think it's important to understand why you're making money. I know this is pretty obvious. Like I just want to live in a constant house in LA, but I think the reality is a lot of people just want to make money to prove that they're winning to someone and I thought this for a long time and still do sometimes I have a goal to make money and not just buy things. But to buy something to make people think i'm successful to make sure I have allegation of others and I don't know, like I feel like it can be a slippery slope of doing it for yourself and then doing it for others. So I think it's just so important to understand why you just you want to make money. My answer is I love telling stories and working with creative people, so I want to make money so I can live my life in California and pay my team that works in my company. I just love working with creative people. That's why I have a videographer and it's my favorite thing to do. So money is fuel for me to do these things. But before if you ask me last year, I would probably just want. Just be cool with my friends that are millionaires, right? So I think it's just so important to understand that because it will save you so much headache because there's gonna be a time where you don't ever feel successful enough because you're trying to make money for someone else. Alright.

So now that's out of the way i'm going to go over kind of like the format of this video. First, i'm going to go over the mindset of making money. How to have a confident aspirin to make your bread. The second thing I will go over is how to plan a year of revenue. I'm going to show you guys my exact spreadsheet when I moved out of my parents home. And the third thing is how I plan my day every single day to achieve my one year goal, whatever you have in mind, whether you want to move out of your parents house to get out of your financial debt out of a student loans or buy your dream house. You can use this one year plan to get to where you want to go. But then have these daily tactics to achieve your long term. Let's look at the mindset, the mindset you have to have other than being a  is you have to be optimistic like before you make money, you're not going to have any money like personally for me before I made my first a thousand dollars on youtube and i've never made that before.

But you have to have the self belief that you can do it before you see the results and it's so hard because people think like, oh. Once I got these numbers that i'll be confident, but you have to serve with confidence in your ability. First, a really good analogy of this is say, you look at the cost of a really famous artist when you look at this artist and they're painting the painting, right, do you think when they're like 50 percent done with their painting like that. They're not a good artist, right, or do you think no. They're just 50 percent of the way there to their final artwork when because so finishes the art, then you see the masterpiece and like, wow, he's so successful, rich but before the artist even picks up a painting brush, he still has value, right, you have to see that as yourself. You are someone that has potential. It's just a matter of time. It's almost kind of like my dad used to call this betting on future. The truth is your broadcast, but the future you believe that you're not gonna be a broadcast. So you have to believe in yourself. First of all, that you're full of potential. You are successful already just a matter of time.

The second mindset I feel like to be make money is you have to understand that money is just exchanging value. Like when you really fundamentally understand that money is just an exchange, an exchange of you know you're having something valuable time. It pays you for that value. You understand that every day when you wake up, you have a choice of how much value you want to bring to the world. Like it's such a weird thing to think about, but like say you're really good at cooking, right. How do you just take your 10 dollar red bull and make it more valuable. Like that's as an entrepreneur when you think about every single day, how do I reach for customers by making more bread balls or how do I make my bread bowl more premium? So people price at a 20 dollars. So I think it's really important to understand that when you frame your reference of how do I increase my value instead of how to make money, you actually now have a better reference. So you focus on your value for people, which is just chasing a dollar amount ways. You. Someone that's a contractor is a reaching more people when you reach more people, you increase your value because more people have isis and attention on you which attention is a scarce resource the second way to increase my value is building deeper connections. So say you don't have a big enough audience on social media, but you have a close connection with your fans.

That's so valuable. Trust is value. The third thing that you could do to create your value is solve a huge problem. This is really good if you have a service based company and you're solving a problem for someone. So say you're a freelancer and you're solving a problem which is fixing web designs you know as a freelance web designer. You fix that huge problem and you get money because that's valuable. And the fourth thing that I would have to say in terms of this value thing is you can also solve problems that are super niche, maybe they don't have to be a big problem, but only like 5 people in the world have this problem and you have to cure for this god is how a value this is a good example in the medical field, especially for certain health conditions. Like if you know a lot about a certain subject, people pay premium for it. So I hope that gives you an idea of how you can create your value with these kind of four ideas personally for me because i'm a contractor and I own a media agency. Reach more people. But I also solve big problems that companies have with advertising. So those are the things I really focus on, but for you it can differ and these are just things to keep in mind and literally, if you just focus on those things, you will make more money. Alright, so let's go over my. You know, my biggest tip for anyone that starting out is trying to lower your expense.

Like you really don't need that team tent content house your first year of moving out and I know this is pretty obvious and for some people. But on social media, you feel like you need the most glamorous set. You need the most high production stuff, but you really don't look on Facebook marketplace for college rooms or dorms or housemates. That's personally where I found my living accommodation way better than airbnb because it's a lot cheaper. So the first thing we are saying is what is your monthly income, so i'm gonna write this down. So my rent right now is actually 1100 cause I moved to a new city and I shared this house with three girls, my food expense because I have medical issues and I submit it's a bit more expensive. But I spend 500 dollars. I'm going to put my insurance gas and everything. I come back when I have that number. So my total minimum monthly salary is 3500 dollars a month. That's on the minimum. I love to multiply this number by .3, which is how much you want to make per month. So you can actually have a savings. It's super important. For me, minimalistically. But have a savings at the end of the day because she happens when you're running a business. So if I were to do this myself, my minimum yearly plan needs to be 4600 a month that might not be a lot of money to you guys or you expect me to spend more. I just personally like living with housemates and I just personally enjoy investing more money to my company just as a favorite.

This doesn't include like my trips or my team costs. That's a whole company expense. This is more than for my personal salary to something to keep in mind. So now that you know how much money you need, let's create a one year plan to achieve this goal. So look up your favorite city and look up a cool apartment you want to live in on Facebook marketplace to see how much it costs to come below with the numbers for you. I'm just curious what that looks like and if you're saving up or something else. Let me know that is for you too, once that I have my money in mind, i'm going to lay out on the top column the whole year of 2021 and what i'm going to do is pretend i'm starting from 0 and try to get to 4600 a month by the end of this year you guys don't even know. Sat me down with an excel spreadsheet similar to this and he told me that everything has to have a plan. You need to have a plan. You don't need to know where exactly you're going in a year, but you need to have a direction. It doesn't matter where you're going. You just have to commit and my dad gave me such amazing advice and I still use this same technique every single day because before I just didn't have a plan, I just didn't you know, I just complained a lot that I didn't know how to make money, but when you sit down.

Especially for 15 minutes, it just changes your life and it puts the control back in your hands and I just really empower you guys do this with me because i've been crying spreadsheets and I never thought I could make this money. I never thought I could make let alone. You know, 4600 a month. Let alone the whole company and travel the world and work with huge companies. I literally didn't think I could do any of that, but when you have a plan, when you break it down, you start to piece together what you need to do today and you start to break down your big goal to smaller chunks and make it more achievable. Which is what i'm gonna do right now. So what you wanna do is see your goals 4600 a month. You wanna go to the other numbers that are before forty-six. 3000 July maybe 2000 in may and maybe 1000 in my first month. So you start to really chunk down your goals. So I just made this exercise for the whole year, but you know sometimes your goal takes a few more years. Sometimes it takes three years. It really depends on your ambition and how much time you have. Okay, so now that I created this plan of how much I plan to make every single month to get to 4600, i'm gonna create something called a worst case scenario. I'm gonna duplicate the sheet but add numbers that are maybe less ambitious than the ones that was before it is so important to have a worst case scenario sheet because sometimes things don't go your plan and I always have this. I have to spread to my best case scenario, my worst case and I never used to do this because I used to just quit one stretchy and I would get so mad at myself.

I think it's so important to have two shades because then you can at least gauge what's the worst best case and at least you're mentally prepared for it. So for this worst case scenario, i'm just going to divide all the numbers in half just in case I don't hit these numbers. I was watching a Ted talk from Brunei brown and she says, history is just a study of surprises and that's exactly what life is in. Our job as creators and entrepreneurs is literally just to handle things that we don't even know that's coming our way. So the only way to prepare for it is just to create a worst case scenario sheet.  Make sure you come up with all your thoughts. It really means the world to me and I really appreciate it. So like I said in the beginning. You want to just increase your value every single month that's literally at the end of the day how you make money. So you might be able to enjoy how do you make money, increase your value if I have 0 dollars. So I have a few videos on how to make money online. I will link down below. You guys can check it out. I'll just personally list how I make money and then hopefully will get you guys some inspiration. So on the left hand column, i'm going to write down all my revenue streams.

I don't know 7 to 8 revenue streams have this personal branding related. So basically me as a contractor, the other half is my company x 8 media. So it's my brand agency. So just like listed below, if you guys are curious for my content side, I make money through consulting, so I will consult some startups on their social media growth. I can also consult some craters on how to grow their brand. I also make revenue and my company through influence or campaign management. This is probably a majority of our revenue in last year. I make most of my money actually through working with companies and allocating budgets to their influencer campaigns. The last thing I make money is a little bit investment. I don't do too much of it, but i'm really getting into building out my investment portfolio. So these are my current ways. I make money and I wanted to showcase how you can map out for your brand, the same strategy, my best advice if you're starting out to be crater is start with. Sense because once you have revenue through Google paying you, then you can turn on all these other revenue streams. I got 200 dollars so we can kind of add that there. I did a lot of consulting in my first year of growing up social media so we can add that for 300. So that will equal to a 500 dollar goal. And basically you want to keep doing this for your entire year and then over time you can see your best and worst case so you can plan accordingly. My best tip you guys when you're creating your financial road map is like I said, you want to increase your value. I have some revenue streams because i've been doing this for like ten years at this point, but when you're starting, I always recommend to focus on the 1 first one of my mentor told me you can do everything just not at once and that's what I truly believe in.

So something to keep in mind is try to focus on one or two and then add on each month so you can really get hyper-focused and increase your chances of success. Now how do I plan my goal day to day? So once I have this goal, let's just zoom in on March, say I want to make 200 dollars through assets and 300 dollars through consulting. Literally did it. I remembered when I was first starting. I knew that each thousand views youtube paid me 5 dollars. So what you can do is you can figure out how to achieve those numbers by maybe if you want to do 40000 videos, you have to post twice a week and you can really plan out your month based on your goal. So I did that for my first month, then I also did consulting so say I charge people 50 dollars per call. That means that in a month I need to call 6 people to get 300 dollars, which means in a week I got to do twice a week calls. So then my idea was for every youtube video I made. I got one client that I consulted for instagram marketing because that's what I did back in 2017 and I literally kept doing this. I kept doubling my raise. I kept increasing my content, increasing my frequency, getting mentors around me and then over time I actually did my goal.

Like i'm trying to sell you on some chat, but it really comes down to having your best and worst case scenario because you might not always hit those really great months, but then you're mentally prepared for it. So I really, really believe that when you're planning your month goal, you wanna quantify the time hours. So when you look at your week, you only have to think about not making you know 600 dollars. Posting twice a week, getting two coaching calls a month, you can apply this to anything if you're selling a sock and you have to sell twenty socks to get you know 100 dollars, you can just focus on selling 20 socks, not the money. Do you see why I really emphasize on making value, not money, because then you only focus on the act of doing it versus the outcome so that you know how I plan my year, how I plan my month. Let's go over how I plan my day. I look at my goal, which if my goal is 500 dollars a month. I would most likely do two videos a week into coaching calls a 50 dollars. So for my daily goal, I ask myself, what are three things I can do today to achieve my 1 week ago, all I do is just focus on those three things so you can see I take my big goal. Make it to smaller monthly goal to make it into a daily goal. Honestly, this whole strategy should be called Russian lesson goals strategy because you basically take the bigger doll and make smaller dolls and then you get to your daily doll every single day I wake up and I think my day doesn't matter, I feel like I have this big goal and I can never achieve that when you do daily goals successfully over the course of a year. Your chances of success are so much more likely. A week and then burning out and it's just. About these small goals that are so important and every single day really does matter. So now that you know how I plan my financial goals. I just want to give you guys a quick update on where i'm at. So weirdly enough, i've been doing this for three years and My monthly salary went from 3300 to around 4600 a month and I reinvested all my external profits into my company, hiring more people. Editors and team members and investing into my portfolio. And right now, bitcoin and block like a theorem honestly not much has changed. I try to maintain more minimal lifestyle. Like I used to want to buy a house because I thought that was a smart thing, but I realized I rather invest my money into my company versus some down payment for a land. So understand, I know the personal finance on youtube world can get really tricky. You have to understand what you want, what type of life you want. That's why I kept asking you, what do you want to do with this money at the very beginning of the video? Because if you want to become a real estate tycoon, then do it. But if you just want to travel and live your life. You don't have to do all these things. You don't have to invest real so you don't have to invest in bitcoin. You can message.

And the day that's the most important thing because yourself is the most valuable thing. It's the most valuable vehicle to your business to your identity. So understand that you don't have to invest in GMC if you don't want to okay, maybe i'm just trying to justify the fact that I didn't invest in the stock market this year. The next step I have to is somebody added this year is a board of advisers, you know typically in a startup, a board of advisers are people that have equity in your company that give you advice quarterly. I think as a freelancer and individual. You should have your own board of advisors or mentors. I try to schedule meetings quarterly or monthly with people I look up to. I last one had a meeting with the director of marketing and Shopify to give me some advice on my incubator program at my company that works with early stage traders and investors. I asked saja. Who is the founder of a really successful marketing agency that works with 6 to 7 figure clients how to mentor me and she meets with me monthly and I seek advice for my dad. You know my dad gives me advice on blockchain and I think it's so important to literally schedule monthly meetings of someone you trust. I can look at your one year sheet and be like, okay, this is what I would do and it's just so helpful. Because when I didn't have 1, I was just shooting in the dark. If you don't have a membership board, I can give advice. I really recommend two things. You can download a clubhouse, which is an app that you can be other like my decorative you can also join my email list where I try my best to match, make and help you guys meet more creative. So you guys check out my newsletter below if you want to meet other craters and get to know the community more and get a board of advisor for yourself, I really believe that this is such a huge thing I implemented in my business in the past year and it changed the game. I was able to work with way bigger companies connect with people deeper and just do what I love just working with creative people.

The last tip I have is please please do yourself a favor and don't just set professional goals all the time, set your three professional goals daily, right? Like I said. But also set your three personal goals when you're out of different caliber when you're working so hard, your body just needs more self care. You guys know that I keep complaining on my channel that I can't poop and it's because I don't take care of myself and in the past month I made a commitment to increase my salary if needed to take care. Constipation, which basically means I can't poop and I decided to increase my you know travel expenses, my massages. My therapist expenses and added an external budget to it so I can actually operate in my business better. I used to feel so guilty going to doctors. I don't know why, but I realize you are the most important asset in your business. You are the most important valuable person to have to treat yourself that way, even if you don't have money, I click a rich because treating yourself can only give you R O Y if you have an issue with love yourself like I do my biggest tip is just to make three goals every single day for your personal self and start with that. You don't have to go buy a trip to why you could just start with like i'm gonna eat really good food. I'm gonna go to walk and spend time with myself and that right.
